Vintage suitcase in tooled leather is simply amazing and we've never seen another like it! The sheer beauty of this case is stunning, the skilled craftsman who tooled all over this bag had a wonderful way with detail.
This vintage tooled leather suitcase has an overall floral motif, while plume flourishes create a central medallion that is duplicated on both sides. Although the exterior IS quite stunning the all-leather interior, with its removable separator level, comes complete with a wardrobe section. A suit hanger, large snap pocket and snap hold closures can all be found fully functioning inside this grand case!
The case opens to 90 degrees and is held with leather strap fasteners. The vintage suitcase has brass-tone hardware and secures closed with 2 latches with locking buttons and is set on 4 round brass feet on the bottom of the case. Beneath the handle a plaque states, "Custom Built by Roark".
The vintage tooled leather suitcase is in overall great condition, 2 of the case corners have withstood a bit of travel damage and the interior shows some faint staining.
