Framed Winold Reiss vintage art lithograph print of a Native American man titled "Many Mules". Reiss was commissioned for Native portraits by The Great Northern Railway, his works illustrated the Railway's "See America First" campaign that promoted travel to the "Crown of the Continent" on calendars, menus, playing cards, and souvenirs from the 1920s-1950s.
This print states, 'Many Mules, a venerable old warrior of the Blood Tribe, was eighty-two years old, almost blind, and rode thirty-two miles on horseback to have this portrait of himself painted'. Vintage art print matted in blue and framed in black.
